weak water pressure faulty heating
the bed was really comfy.
my room was too cold because the heating did not work properly. the water pressure in the shower was also too weak. i expected better for the price i paid.

dusty room slow drain
i must say i found the room a bit dusty. the carpet, it seemed, had not been properly hoovered. i didn't felt it very clean, especially when i wanted to use the hangers and noticed the dust on them. also, the shower drained slowly, and my feet were under water each time i showered. it wasn't a great experience.

cold room strange smell
the temperature in the room, it was cold. i could not adjust the thermostat, the room stayed at 17.5° all night. also, there was a strange smell of breakfast in my room at 5 am. the ceiling circulation of air needs work. i do like this place, but i would prefer a different room next time.

a mixed stay
absent wardrobe faulty outlets
the hotel was close to the excel, so the location was acceptable.
the room lacked a wardrobe, inconvenient. i also found the check-in process impersonal as it was quick with minimal explanation. additionally, the restroom outlets didn't work at all.

midday check-out cute lounge food selections
the location proved convenient near city airport. the check-out time at midday helped a lot. the lounge area offered a cute space for quiet moments. the food selections was a lovely treat.
the absence of a proper wardrobe felt very inconvenient.

nice staff comfortable bed retro vibe
Breakfast had a good selection. the staff was genuinely nice. the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. i also liked the hotel's retro vibe. It was artsy.
the nearest plug socket to the mirror was a european plug socket! though there was no use of it.

The breakfast included many choices. the food options were both varied and quite filling. I found it to be a great way to start the day before heading out for meetings.

The staff was attentive. one team member, maheila, was especially helpful. she provided personalized assistance throughout my stay and went above expectations to accommodate my needs. I appreciated her dedication.
